March 11-15, 2024 is National Long Term-Care Administrator’s Week. During this week, staff, residents, families, and volunteers have the opportunity to say “thank you” and honor the administrators who lead our nation’s long-term care communities.

In celebrating Long-Term Care Administrator’s Week we’re taking the opportunity to celebrate Ashely Frame, Administrator of Westside Care Center!
“As an administrator, I have the ability to provide quality of care as well as life for every resident I serve. As I tackle the changes within our industry, my vision and goal remain the same. My day-to-day task are never the same here at Westside. The support I provide to my residents, family, as well as my dedicated interdisciplinary team is my daily motivation.
As an administrator my devotion to my residents, their family, and staff is my priority. Knowing that I am able to provide a positive impact on our residents is truly a blessing. Being able to offer a home like environment with dedicated caregivers who go above and beyond to ensure our resident needs are met is only the beginning.
The success stories and memories we make amongst each other are daily reminders as to why I love the industry I’m in. Regardless of how hard I may think my day is, my residents smiles and laughter’s consistently keep me going. As an administrator my residents are my family and I’m forever grateful to be apart of their family.”
