March 10-14, 2025 is National Long Term-Care Administrator’s Week. During this week, staff, residents, families, and volunteers have the opportunity to say “thank you” and honor the administrators who lead our nation’s long-term care communities.

In celebrating Long-Term Care Administrator’s Week we’re taking the opportunity to celebrate George Kingston, Administrator at Trinity Hill Care Center!
Meet George Kingston, Administrator at Trinity Hill Care Center. George’s journey in healthcare began early on with an MBA in healthcare finance. He initially managed budgets and reimbursements in hospitals but soon discovered that the routine and cyclical nature of that role left him yearning for more variety. On a spontaneous move, he stepped into a controller position for a group of seven nursing homes and was instantly captivated by the role of an administrator.
Now, 32 years later, George reflects on his career with gratitude and enthusiasm. Overseeing a 17 million dollar business that spans clinical, HR, finance, and regulatory areas, he embraces the diversity each day brings. For George, every morning is a fresh opportunity to lead and make a positive impact—a testament to his passion.
