March 10-14, 2025 is National Long Term-Care Administrator’s Week. During this week, staff, residents, families, and volunteers have the opportunity to say “thank you” and honor the administrators who lead our nation’s long-term care communities.

Meet Tabitha Davis-Barron from MissionCare Bennington. Tabitha believes that a strong sense of community in a nursing home begins with celebrating the achievements of the staff. When team members feel appreciated and acknowledged, they gain a deeper sense of purpose and commitment. This, in turn, elevates the care and compassion they extend to residents.
By guiding and encouraging growth, Tabitha has cultivated an environment where both staff and residents feel like part of one supportive family.
