HARTFORD (April 29, 2020) – Chelsea Place has been celebrating its healthcare heroes with several events including a luncheon with raffle prizes, posters, drinks and all around recognition, organized by friends and family of Administrator Judy Konow and her sister Theresa Brysgel.
The group happily showed their gratitude and thanks by providing 140 meals made by Robertos Real American Tavern. The Diocese of Norwich provided small gifts, key chains, pins and messages of support.
These events as well as signs, posters, messages and other daily reminders serve to thank the healthcare heroes on the front lines in the fight against COVID-19. The entire skilled nursing workforce, whether clinical or support provider of all types, has shown bravery and resolve on a daily basis. They deserve every bit of appreciation.
