HARTFORD (September 17, 2019) – September is National Recovery Month. Building on the momentum from their kick-off pep rally event and keeping with the themes of National Recovery Month, Chelsea Place Care Center held a Road to Recovery Luau at the care center in Hartford.
As with all of Chelsea Place’s big events, there was food, music and fun including tropical drinks and plenty of BBQ. Leis were handed out, music was provided by DJ and the grills were going. The Chelsea Place team, residents and staff alike, have been embracing the theme’s of the month and celebrating the big and small victories that come on the road to recovery from substance use.
