MANCHESTER (March 18, 2025) – A post-holiday food and personal products drive organized by iCare Health Network’s Brenda Dorn was a success.
The food and supplies donated by iCare staff was delivered to MACC Charities, a Manchester-based non-profit with a stated mission of ‘building partnerships to break cycles of poverty in our community’. MACC operates the area’s food pantry, community kitchen and community outreach and emergency services, in addition to other programs.
Of the great results, Brenda said, “Thank you for all the generous food donations going to the MACC Food Shelter! I met with Phil Leggett who leads the Food Pantry for MACC on Thursday March 6th. I was able to tour the Pantry and see how the daily operation works. A heartfelt thanks from MACC to everyone in the iCare central office. Hopefully we can make this an annual event to help those in need!”
