HARTFORD (May 4, 2018) – This week members of iCare’s Transitional Care Nursing Team and Touchpoints Rehab staff attended the 54th Annual Robert M. Jeresaty, MD Cardiovascular Symposium at the Hoffman Heart and Vascular Institute. Led by the Hoffman Heart Team’s Dr. Daniel Diver, the symposium covered topics such as data use, ejection fraction as a measure, clinical management of the wide range of serious and highly prevalent cardiac disease processes and much more.
