Full Time- 40 Hours (Monday-Friday)
Our MDS Coordinators are responsible for:
- Collecting and reporting on data topics available through CMS reports and be part of an IDT process to make recommendations for improvement in outcomes when appropriate.
- Challenged to include the resident voice in our care process, ensuring that our residents are able to live their life as they wish.
- Expected that you will be able to understand and apply MDS/PPS regulations in your dailt work and understand the financial concepts and implications of RUG IV, PPS, and state case mix.
Job Requirements
They must also have:
- Preferred 1 year of long term healthcare experience.
- Understands and meets all government requirements of social service documentation.
- Leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel.
- RN preferred.
