MANCHESTER (March 24, 2025) – iCare Health Network is pleased to announce that Kelli Grzeika has joined the iCare team as the Director of Behavioral Programs.
With a passion for helping others and a deep background in social work and healthcare administration, Kelli has spent more than a decade improving the lives of residents in short term rehab and long-term care. Kelli started her career in social services, working one-on-one with residents and families to navigate long-term care decisions, advocate for resident rights and wellbeing, and ensure smooth transitions in and out of skilled nursing facilities.
Over the years and with a Master’s in Social Work from Springfield College, she’s taken on leadership roles, including Director of Social Services and Regional Social Work Director where she helped shape policies, train staff, and build partnerships to enhance patient care.
As a dedicated Social Worker for over 20 years she then furthered her passion and became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. As a result, Kelli brings significant knowledge in long term care as well as her passion for caring for those affected by dementia and behavioral health needs.
