FARMINGTON (June 18, 2019) On June 14, 2019 the staff at Touchpoints at Farmington was honored and recognized with an official citation from the Connecticut General Assembly. State Representatives Bobby Sanchez (25th District) and Mike Demicco (21st District) conveyed the honor.
The citation reads:
The Connecticut General Assembly hereby offers its sincerest congratulations. In recognition of caring for Antonio Gonzalez during his final days. Beyond your knowledge, expertise and professionalism, you also demonstrated dedication, love, and compassion towards him, and his family over the past two years at Touchpoints SNF. Thank you for putting your heart into your work for the Gonzalez Family during this difficult time. And God bless you!
A member of the Gonzalez Family had petitioned the General Assembly to recognize Touchpoints at Farmington and was on hand to thank the staff in person.
