MANCHESTER (April 12, 2019) – On March 28, 2019, staff from Touchpoints at Manchester participated in the Manchester Senior Center Health Fair. The team was excited to be invited to offer information and consultations alongside Teri, a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Touchpoints’ Patient Enrichment and Care Navigator Kim Wanegar-Nation, a Physical Therapist, provided information about leading edge technologies to live better with COPD and sleep apnea.
Kim provided information about our leading edge Pulmonary Rehabilitation program which offers the services and supports of consulting Pulmonologists, a Care Transitions Respiratory Therapist and high-tech rehabilitation and therapy services.
