MANCHESTER (May 1, 2018) – Westside Care Center on Bidwell Street in Manchester recently celebrated receiving a Five Star CMS Rating. An iCare managed, 162 bed facility, Westside specializes in memory care as a Greater Hartford Memory Care Center; short term rehab; and substance use disorder treatment through the iRecovery program.
The coveted Five Star overall rating was accompanied by a Five Star quality measures rating. The community’s staffing ratios and health inspection make up the other core components of the rating.
“As always the star rating is highly attributable to the hard work of the staff and their daily commitment to our residents,” says Patrick Neagle, Administrator for the center. “We will wear the five star rating as a badge of distinction.”
