Drs. John Rodgers and William Preskenis partner with Touchpoints Rehab to create dynamic pulmonary care program

Touchpoints at Bloomfield entered into a partnership designed to bring continuity in pulmonary care from the acute hospital setting into the post-acute, skilled nursing and rehab care setting. The program will address repeat hospitalizations by applying integrated pulmonary care and sleep medicine consulting to many diagnoses, including COPD and congestive heart failure. -
