iCare and Touchpoints Rehab employ over 400 Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses in our ten skilled nursing centers. They may have a patient in their care for several days or decades of their career depending on the unit, always becoming a part of their day to day life. Westside Care Center on Bidwell Street in Manchester recently celebrated receiving a Five Star CMS Rating. An iCare managed, 162 bed facility, Westside specializes in memory care, short term rehab and substance use disorder treatment through the iRecovery program. The coveted Five Star overall rating was accompanied by a Five Star quality measures rating. The community’s staffing ratios and health inspection make up the other core components of the rating.

Melissa Dziob joined the iCare team in the new position of Director of Quality of Life and Specialty Programming. This role will support many iCare initiatives and programs including consulting contracts, the iRecovery, behavioral health and Greater Hartford Memory Care programs.
