“What motivates me to come to work everyday is the drive to make someone’s life better today than it was yesterday. Whether it be a patient, staff member or family member, my goal is to somehow be a positive impact on that person. If I am able to go home and know I achieved that task, I consider it a successful day.”

“My proudest moment as an Administrator was the Trinity Hill team pulling together to win the 2023 Holiday Lobby Decorating Contest. The residents and staff from all three floors participated and I was amazed by the team work that day and winning the trophy was even better!”

Regardless of how hard I may think my day is, my residents smiles and laughter’s consistently keep me going. As an administrator my residents are my family and I’m forever grateful to be apart of their family.”

March 11-15, 2024 is National Long Term-Care Administrator’s Week.
