Touchpoints at Manchester is now contracted with the Veteran’s Administration as a provider of skilled nursing and long term care. Touchpoints at Manchester will be a desirable and accessible location for veterans to receive care and they will have access to all programs, including short term, long term, behavioral health, substance use/iRecovery and our signature CHF program.

The Manchester Public Library Summer Reading Program delivered over 75 handmade, ‘no sew’ pillows to the residents of Touchpoints at Manchester and Westside Care Center.

iRecovery is a groundbreaking model designed to empower patients to break the cycle of addiction while in the supportive and consistent environment of a skilled nursing facility. Patients are connected with resources and supports to assure maximum success. Visitation considerations, medication management and environmental safety are keys to success.
