MissionCare at Holyoke Celebrates its First Anniversary on Ground Hog's Day, 2/2/22

On Groundhog’s Day 2022, the team at MissionCare at Holyoke celebrated the first anniversary of the care center’s operation. Put another way, they celebrated heading into Year Two on 2/2/22. iCare Health Network engages a company to administer periodic Resident Satisfaction Surveys to both long term care residents currently residing in the centers and residents recently discharged home. These surveys provide a range of feedback and help iCare in improving and modifying customer service, clinical programs and the resident experience. Trinity Hill Partnering for Toy Drive to Benefit Connecticut Children's and Honor Anthony Reynoso

Trinity Hill Care Center in Hartford will be supporting a toy drive at the care center as well as at 673 Park Street in Hartford, from 1-5PM. Displayed here are the flyer with all the details and a picture of Anthony dressed as Santa while passing out gifts at Connecticut Children’s. The toy drive will benefit Connecticut Children’s Medical Center where toys will be supplied to children who are receiving care starting in December and continuing throughout the year.
