Antonia Browne Retires from Touchpoints at Bloomfield After 31 Years of Service to the Residents

On March 31, 2022, the team at Touchpoints at Bloomfield held a party in honor of Antonia Browne who retired after 31 years of service to the residents of the care center. Despite the balloons, research and input from Antonia show she actually achieved 33 years! The surprise celebration included a cake and card as well as an engraved crystal retirement award. On March 18, 2022 the team at Touchpoints at Chestnut held a surprise party for Andy Casassa, upon his retirement after 38 years of distinguished service at iCare Health Network. For many years Andy worked as a Regional Maintenance Director for iCare as well as several years as the Maintenance Director at Touchpoints at Bloomfield. Along with representatives from Hartford Fire Department and Aetna Ambulance Service, the staff of Parkville Care Center in Hartford held a remembrance ceremony for the lives lost during the Greenwood Nursing Home Fire in 2003.
