Chelsea Place has been celebrating its healthcare heroes with several events including a luncheon with raffle prizes, posters, drinks and all around recognition, organized by friends and family of Administrator Judy Konow and her sister Theresa Brysgel. On April 15, 2020 Westside Care Center received a message via their website from a resident who wished to remain anonymous in his or her praise but wanted to ensure it was shared with staff and beyond. The message was from the resident’s experience with the Westside Care Center team but could easily apply to any iCare care center or other nursing home nationwide, where healthcare heroes are caring for 1.4 million residents. 

On Thursday April 3rd the team at Touchpoints at Manchester received some kind words and much needed support from the center’s resident council president.
